Deferred Submittal Application for Existing Project

 

1. Click the Building Permit Application button the iPermits Online Service Menu. Click here to view the iPermits Online Service Menu.
2. Once on the Electronic Building Permit Applications page, review existing applications, as needed.
3. Click the Begin New Application button to access the deferred submittal application for an existing project..

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Click the Deferred Submittal Application for an Existing Project button.
2. Enter the project number that needs a deferred submittal
3. Click Submit.
4. On the next screen, review the project and confirm that this is the project that requires a deferred submittal. If correct, click the Begin Application Process button. to continue.

 

Note: Plans for the project must be submitted and approved before deferred submittal items can be entered.

 

 

 

 

 

1. Select deferred items from the list.
2. Enter description of other items, as needed.
3. Click Submit when finished.

 

Once you submit the deferred submittal project application, you will be prompted for payment.
